Great news for any of you who have ever had a ratings headache on Mygirlfund. Now, if you look to the right of your ratings, you will see the option to respond. This is an important update that encourages an equal and fair chance to thank your friends for the wonderful 5 star rating, or have your say about a rating that is less than stellar. It happens to the best of us, and now it’s possible to still present yourself flawlessly, even if you can’t please them all.

This is also a great chance to go back through your ratings and take the time to respond to your fans and friends who have taken the time to leave you great words of encouragement, and advice to other clients to spend their money on you. It’s a perfect way to illustrate HOW you interact before your customers even contact you the first time.

The little things can make all the difference, and in this one move, the MGF experience is elevated to another level. The only downside to this new improvement is that support no longer handles bad ratings emails. They will instead leave it to you to manage your own ratings, and make it the most profitable and satisfying experience that you can.
