LR 5 BetaIf you spend a lot of time editing your photos, then it would really pay for you to check out what Lightroom can do for you.  It has transformed the way that we work with our images here at TMGFR. We thought we should help everyone step up their game,  and put you up on the latest and greatest copy of lightroom. For free.

Normally we don’t make a lot of product recommendations, but if you edit a lot of photosets, then a comprehensive tool is extremely important. There are a lot of solutions available, but Lightroom is at the top of the food chain for technical excellence, and ease of use. Another way of saying it, is that it is the industry standard.  You decide if it’s worth it or not, and sound off in the comments below! Install, and enjoy! The current beta version is scheduled to last through June 30 which will give you plenty of time to evaluate what Lightroom can do for your workflow. I know it has cut mine ours in half. 🙂 Just a friendly heads up from your resident media junkies here at TMGFR.

PS. We have been using this beta version on a daily basis, and so far have no bugs to report on a windows 7 x64 system.
